How I Collect Personal Data
Data is collected through enquiries by email, phone, at events, classes, workshops, via Facebook, Skype or Zoom meetings, from the website and personal consultation. Information collected via the website includes any contact data entered in the email submission form (name, email address, phone number, and any personal details included in the message).
How I Protect Your Personal Data
Hard copies of client records and case histories are stored as a paper copy in a locked filing cabinet and on password protected external hard drive. The details are used solely for the purposes of providing a safe and effective KinesIology and Reflexology session.
Your Rights
As the subject of the gathered data, you are entitled to the following rights:

Tell me to change or update your information if it is inaccurate or it changes.

Ask me to delete the information held about you unless it is to do with a kinesiology or reflexology therapy. If so, see below.
How Long Your Information Held
To comply with our insurance policy, all therapy information is held for a period of 7 years after the latest therapy for adults and for children 7 years after they turn 18 years of age.
For any courses, classes and workshops you may choose to delete personal information after the event.
Making A Complaint
If you believe that I am not processing your data in accordance with the UK law then you have a right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office through their helpline 0303 123 1113.
